Delivery Schedule

Unless otherwise stated all orders will normally be despatched within 5 working days of funds clearing. Royal Mail/Parcel Force will deliver your order to the delivery address you supply.

Once an order has been processed and despatched we are unable to cancel this order with our carrier. If you have decided that you wish to cancel your order you may return your order at your own expense. Please contact us via email first to obtain an authorised goods return number which should be included with your details when returning the goods - please read our returns section below for more details.

Should you not receive your order within 3 working days of despatch notification please email us at info@tmbsalesonline.com and we will contact our carriers.

On receipt of your goods, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. Should the box containing the goods look damaged or that you are suspicious that the goods inside the box are damaged, then you should sign for them as “unchecked” or ask the courier to wait while you examine the goods. In this event, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation with our courier. It is important that all original packaging is kept until you are satisfied with the goods and are sure that will not need to be returned. Couriers will not accept goods unless the original packing is used or that the contents have been securely package.

Please check your order immediately for any manufacturing faults or defects and report to us within 3 working days. If a part is missing or damaged, there is usually no need to send the whole item back. Contact us and we will send any items to you free of charge the next working day (whenever possible).

These statements do not affect your statutory rights.

  Failure to Deliver Due to Refusal or Not Being in to Sign For Your Goods

The Courier will ask you to sign for the total number of boxes being delivered. If you are not in when the Courier calls to deliver, they will leave a card which will inform you of how to arrange collection or re-delivery of your order. It is important that you contact their office as soon as possible (and in any case, within 3 days). In the event of a courier item being returned to us by either yourself refusing the delivery or failing to respond to the “sorry we missed you card” a charge will be made to recover the fee we are charged by the Courier. The charge for this is £20.00 for the first 20 kilos and 40p per kilo thereafter. 

Please note that in the event of item being returned to us due to non-delivery, we will not despatch replacement items whilst the original item is still “in transit”. Please note TMBSalesOnline reserve the right to cancel any returned orders.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us by email  to obtain a returns authorisation number. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at their own expense within 14 days from receipt of goods. We suggest you use registered post or courier as we are not responsible for goods that may get lost in transit to us. Please see our returns section below for more details.

Returns

All return requests must be made in writing via email before we will authorize your return.

In the unlikely event you need to return anything to us, please send an email to our Customer Care Department, info@tmbsalesonline.com Please provide as much detail as possible in the email in case we can resolve the problem to your full satisfaction without yourselves having to return the goods. If it is necessary to return the goods we will email you a returns number. Please enclose a copy of this email with the returned goods.

Please do not return any item without first contacting our Customer Care Department for a returns number other wise we will not be able to deal with your claim.

If any goods are returned as "unwanted" or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided that all goods returned in their original packaging, unused and in the condition originally supplied to you, within 14 days with the original receipt enclosed. If you wish to return your order you must contact us by email to obtain a returns authorisation number. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at their own expense. We suggest you use registered post or courier as we are not responsible for goods that may get lost in transit to us. Any carriage costs involved in originally sending out your goods will be deducted from your refund - even if we have offered free carriage, we have still paid for carriage and this cost needs to be recovered.

Guarantees & Warranty Information

All items purchased are covered by the manufacturers Guarantee. In many cases the Guarantee period is 6 months from date of purchase. However, we honour all manufacturers Product Warranty periods be they 6, 12, or 24 months. If any goods are returned which you deem to be faulty, and are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, these must be returned to us for inspection, together with your receipt of proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will offer a refund or exchange within the statutory 28 days after delivery. Your attention is specifically drawn to the following information in respect of what is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault: Misuse, accidental damage, abuse, neglect, normal ware and tear, something that can be adjusted, or a part that can be changed. 

If a manufacturing fault occurs after 28 days but within the manufacturers stipulated period of warranty cover, we will repair goods or send spares free of charge. In all cases you must contact us to obtain an authorised return number before sending any item back (info@tmbsalesonline.com

We only operate a collections service for warranty claims within 28 days of the original delivery date.

If any goods are returned which are claimed to be faulty which we regard as not being covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will contact you to inform you of this. In this event, you will be liable for all postage costs and also the cost of repair or replacement parts which we will inform you of. 

 Personal Data

TMBSalesOnline will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, unless you provide information to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it. 

If you have already submitted Personal Data and would like it removed from our records, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this page. We will immediately remove and delete your information from our records.

Any information you do supply and which is held on our files will not be disclosed to any third party company, or to any other persons, for whatever purpose. Equally, we give our assurance that TMBSalesOnline will not use the information you supply to support further direct marketing activity to you.
